How long will my order take?
Our usual 'make-times' are 1 - 2 weeks for jewellery and hair jewellery and 1 - 3 weeks for tiaras and headdresses. Bespoke orders will usually take longer as detailing has to be right for each individual client. If you need your order sooner do contact us as we may be able to help at no extra cost but please remember 'quality products' take time.
Can you change or add colours to a design to match my colour theme?
The answer is quite simply 'YES' we can add or change colours to a majority of our designs (please check the product description). Colour is becoming more popular with brides accessories and we have a large selection to choose from ~ if you cannot see the colour you are looking for please contact us as we can normally source items from around the world.
Can you create jewellery for my bridesmaids?
We can design and create jewellery for your bridesmaids and can send you colour samples so that you can match their jewellery with their dresses ~ just ask! We will be launching a sister site in the new year dedicated to bridesmaids accessories.
Do you have a shop or studio I can visit?
Unfortunately we do not as we are strictly an on-line business.
Do you supply a catalogue?
As we are constantly adding designs to our collections it is not possible to produce a catalogue.
Can I return my order if it is not suitable?
