If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days (international customers - 14 days). A refund will be made upon return of the order minus delivery costs. Return postage will not be refunded and we advise you to obtain proof of return postage.

BESPOKE AND CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE RETURNABLE MINUS A 25% CUSTOMIZATION FEE (this is because we more than likely cannot re-sell your order as it is made to your personal taste).
