Making a Purchase
You can use our on-line shopping basket to buy our range. Simply add the designs you require to your basket and go to the checkout to confirm and select a payment method for your order.
Alternative ways to Order
You can pay using your credit/debit card on-line through Paypal. Alternatively, you can place an order through our online shop and choose 'Pay by cheque or postal order'. If you choose this payment option during checkout, please print two copies of your order receipt and return one copy to us with your payment.
Shipping and Handling
Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.
Payment Options
UK customers - we accept payment by cheque - postal order or credit card via Paypal.
INTERNATIONAL customers - we accept payment via Paypal only. Payment is only accepted in Pound Sterling.
Delivery Schedule
Orders normally take 1 - 3 weeks to complete although this may be longer in our busy periods. Bespoke orders can take longer depending on your individual requirements.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Information collected; We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles aid strategic development and audit usage of the site. We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers.
Terms
Deposits are non refundable after 14 days if you choose to cancel your order.
Goods are not sent until payment has been received in full.
Please make sure you have chosen the right colours ~ heights and /or lengths ~ this is solely your responsibility.
Please note that as a majority of our materials are from natural sources they may vary slightly to those pictured. Aaryanna has the right to substitute materials if necessary.
Aaryanna Designs has the right to cancel an order.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days (international customers - 14 days). A refund will be made upon return of the order minus delivery costs. Return postage will not be refunded and we advise you to obtain proof of return postage.
BESPOKE AND CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE RETURNABLE MINUS A 25% CUSTOMIZATION FEE (this is because we more than likely cannot re-sell your order as it is made to your personal taste).
EARRINGS ARE NON RETURNABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
